This is one of the best cafés in town. The batistas make your day not just with the excellent coffees, but also with their conviviality and bonhomie. All the staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The service is prompt. The place has a good selection of cakes pastries, and sandwiches. Its central location makes it a good spot to catch up with friends.

Hello, we are those two girls, one girl who was in shorts, although it was -2 and snowing outside, and the second one who was drinking tea from a huge cup. You have a great place, everything is delicious, cool and not expensive. The staff is cool, and if I knew Finnish well, I would have done a stand-up with the barista (the barista's name is Arjan). I recommend it if you want to drink tea at random, because the barista is "caring". But seriously, the place is cool, I recommend it.

The best thing about Robert’s are the friendly, and welcoming staff. I arrived to Jyväskylä leas than a month ago, and was hoping to find a community coffee spot, like the one I had at home. Robert’s Coffee is the spot for me, i stumbled across it on my way out of the mall, and was pleasantly surprised by the cool team, and great coffee. thank you

Such a great find! Londoners visiting Finland for the first time. Lovely people, lovely coffee (smooth!). Recommend the quiche. All very friendly staff. Would visit again. If you need the toilet, ask the staff and they give you access to the one in the upstairs of the shopping department. 5/5!!!!

Hands down the best coffee shop in town. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, you'll want to pop in every time you're in town; not only for the coffee and amazing pastries but for the chat and smiles of the staff it always picks up my spirits! You'd be a fool to give this place a miss!
